Generally in the search of quick results people tend to follow crash diets, start starving themselves or maybe go on liquid diets as well. But do these diets show results? Eat all types of fruits and vegetables

Don’t listen to the people who say don’t eat potato or banana it would make you go fat! It’s all a myth; no one can ever gain weight by eating food that is naturally available to us. It’s just that you need to keep a good balance between all kinds of fruits and vegetables. Have a balanced diet and don’t hog on any one type of vegetable or fruit for that matter. So, mindful eating is very necessary.

Eat from a small plate

It is scientifically proven that if you eat from a small plate you tend to feel full early. The main logic behind this is that the brain sees that you have eaten a plate full of food and thus gives signals that the stomach is full. On the other hand if you have the same quantity of food from a larger plate, the plate seems empty and thus the brain does not give signal of feeling full. As a result you end up eating more.

Take out some time in a day and promise yourself to cook at least a meal a day. This would help you monitor what you have in a meal and it also helps you know what you have cooked. This can help you improvise the dishes and replace the unhealthy food with the healthy ones.
